The Poet Mr Fab

Whether madman, the wise
The lucid poet or lover
Where drinks from its well
So plume does discover

Sautéed in illusion
Humm to add to its flavor
The journey not the destination
Through moments that savor

In the thirst of inspiration
Or within the feed of folly
Through the decorated spills
The act of art does embody

Ohhhh…. a dash of reality
Adding tint to its glimmer
Just a dollop of sparkle
Preheated to a simmer

Excogitated reason
Is but a vail to creativity
Neither wise nor madman
Finds script of proclivity
